Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
Prices are in UK pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.
We accept online payments by debit/credit card, via PayPal as well as over the telephone.
Delivery charges are dependent on size of order as well as location for delivery of goods.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.

Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your order please return the goods to us in their original packaging, stating your reason for return.
Please observe our address details at the bottom of every page on this site. Refunds can only be given if the goods are returned to us as received within 7 days, undamaged.
Goods must be returned at the customers cost. Carriage will not be refunded. We reserve the right to deduct our original delivery cost in sending the product to you, from your refund. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned goods. We are unable to give refunds for any goods not received by us. You must take out adequate insurance.
In the case of a cancellation of your order, if the goods have not yet been dispatched then a full refund will be arranged. if the goods have been dispatched then the returns policy applies as above.
